Our great grandparents were experts in preparing dried fruits and vegetables(locally known as Mfutso in Malawi) as way of preserving them for use when out of season.

Mighty Processors is here to promote the Mfutso culture our forefathers taught BUT with improved processing technology ensuring that nutrients, texture, colour, shape and taste that were not retained using ordinary Mfutso preparation are retained in the final dried product. Our goal is for individuals to enjoy the freshness of the processed foods while getting the required nutrients for their quality life.
